The Terms of Service
At Zel Deluxe Travel, we view every journey as a collaborative design. This approach establishes the professional framework of our partnership, ensuring that every detail of your immersion is managed with precision and transparency.
The Collaborative Agreement
At Zel Deluxe Travel, every journey is a collaborative design. A binding contract is established upon the issuance of formal confirmation documents and a deposit invoice. Zel Deluxe Travel (operated under Zel Group Pty Ltd) acts as a specialist luxury travel boutique and agent on your behalf. We leverage our local knowledge and elite global contacts to curate your experience.
The Investment & Price Variation

Standard Bookings: A deposit of 25% of the total journey cost, plus any international or domestic airfares, is required to secure your bespoke curation.

Peak & Group Bookings: Journeys scheduled during festive periods or for parties of 10 or more require a 50% deposit.

Dynamic Pricing: We utilise partners who offer real-time pricing. Costs remain subject to change until your booking is finalised and confirmed in writing.

Exchange Rates: Should exchange rates fluctuate significantly (exceeding 5%), we reserve the right to reprice the remaining balance to reflect the current market.
Cancellations & Departures
We recognise that plans can shift. However, because we commit to our off-market local sanctuaries well in advance, cancellations incur the following fees:

More than 60 days prior to departure: Forfeiture of the initial deposit.

60 to 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the total journey cost.

Within 30 days of departure: 100% of the total journey cost.

Group Bookings (10+): A 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 90 days of departure.
Alterations & Force Majeure
Occasionally, we must adjust an itinerary due to unforeseeable circumstances (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters or civil unrest. In these events, we provide the choice of accepting the modification, booking an alternative luxury journey, or cancelling (subject to non-refundable supplier costs).
Limitations of Liability
While we apply the highest standards to our selection of partners, Zel Deluxe Travel acts as a curator and intermediary. We do not accept responsibility for the defaults of third-party principals (hotels, airlines) or airline-related delays and maintenance.
The Requirement for Insurance
As an essential condition of your booking, you must maintain comprehensive travel insurance. This is your primary protection for bespoke travel arrangements.
Stewardship & Health
It is your responsibility to satisfy all passport, visa, and health requirements. We cannot be held liable for any disruption or expense caused by a failure to secure necessary documentation or comply with local regulations.
Governing Law
This Charter and all matters arising from our partnership are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
